Benesch Recognized for DEI Efforts by ACEC Pennsylvania

LANCASTER, PA – At their annual Diamond Awards for Engineering Excellence, the American Council of Engineering Companies Pennsylvania honored Benesch with the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Award. This award recognizes efforts to implement and promote initiatives that foster an inclusive and diverse workplace.

“Over the past several years, we’ve worked hard to elevate awareness by providing training, creating employee resource groups, and weaving DEI initiatives into our culture. These efforts have strengthened our company culture and also enhanced the quality of services we provide to our clients,” said Benesch Chief Human Resources Officer Sandra Pond. “Being recognized by ACEC/PA is an honor.”

The Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Award was presented to members of Benesch’s Women of Benesch employee resource group at an awards ceremony on Thursday, January 23.
