Ennis advocates for public improvement projects that directly serve those in need. As a member of the American Planning Association’s Community Planning Assistance Team (CPAT), he tackles challenging public projects across the country. His latest efforts include completing a final report and recommendation for a Colorado River resiliency project impacting an under-represented rural community in Wharton, TX. The project addresses how best to spend $73 million in Army Corps funding for a flood protection system.
