Ballantyne Elementary School

Benesch provided the site design for this three story elementary school. The site included a 110 space parking lot, 15 space bus lot and one multi-purpose baseball/soccer practice field. The project included internal circulation, drop-off, public road design, on site water and sewer design, and planning for future mobile classrooms. The overall project site is approximately 39 acres with 7.5-acres disturbed for the elementary school. This unique project included the planning for an 88 home subdivision surrounding the school site. Our team was able to achieve the entire school program in the compact design while maximizing the number of residential lots.
