A successful community marketed toward retirees and empty nesters, Bellasera is a 35-acre community comprised of 166 townhomes. The product is unique in nature and architecturally significant. The community is comprised of duplex and quadplex buildings, primarily single story, in a relatively dense configuration. The site is designed to preserve and enhance the ponds that existed in its pre-developed state. The site was wooded and hilly and presented great challenges in development, given the relative density and the significant grade. Benesch assisted the client with preliminary planning, due diligence, rezoning, construction documents and construction services.
