Comer Industries is the first company to locate in the Steele Creek Corporate Center. Benesch provided civil and site design services for the project. The facility located on seven acres, has approximately 87,000 SF of office, manufacturing, and distribution space. Due to the proximity of the building to the public right-of-way, landscaping was enhanced to provide visual interest.
