Mooresville Town Square

Mooresville Town Square is a 400,000 SF planned lifestyle center located in one of North Carolina’s fastest growing communities. The project included seven outparcels and a core center containing six retail buildings. The project was designed with a primary focus on vehicular and pedestrian circulation. Public gathering spaces with ample hardscape and beautiful landscaping enhances the shopping experience and provides opportunities for special events. Amenities at the center include a musical fountain in the center of a round-about, common green, and children’s maze. Benesch worked with the developer’s architect to develop a master plan for the 40-acre parcel. Benesch performed the site design for the core buildings and most of the outparcels.
