Novant Health Brunswick Medical Center

Benesch worked with Novant Health to develop a master plan and construction documents for a new hospital and medical office campus located on 101 acres in Brunswick County, North Carolina. This initial phase is a 74 bed community hospital capable of expanding to 200 beds. Phase one construction also included an attached 75,000 SF medical office building. Infrastructure was designed for build-out of the entire campus including 908 parking spaces and an additional 252,000 SF of medical office space.
