Pitt Baptist Church

Over the past ten years, we have worked with the church and project architects to make numerous improvements to the church’s eleven acre campus. Our initial project included an eight hundred seat worship center and relocated parking lots. In subsequent projects we developed plans for a new ±39,000 SF multi-purpose building and expanded parking lots. The local regulatory agency required storm water quality to be provided onsite as part of the Clean Water Act. Storm water was treated using a rain garden and biocell in conjunction with dry detention basins to meet the regulatory requirements.
