The site development plans for the Waterbury Connecticut station included demolition of an existing structure on the site along with preparation for the construction of a new 4,800 SF convenience store. The site required six multiple product dispensers, underground storage tanks and a new canopy. Additional services provided include survey, signal modification, traffic impact study, and construction administration.
