Benesch has partnered with Big Y Foods on various site development projects over the past four years. We’ve assisted Big Y with site development and architectural design services for both supermarkets and fueling stations plus convenience stores throughout Massachusetts and Connecticut.
Located a quarter-mile from the existing Big Y supermarket along State Route 83, this was an ideal location for the express store and fueling operation to supplement their supermarket. Benesch provided the site design and store design along with additional services including survey, permitting, and construction inspection.
