The Park at Monroe

Benesch provided due diligence services for the proposed commercial development anchored by an ambulatory surgery and medical office center in Monroe, North Carolina. After selecting a parcel, Benesch worked with the architect to develop several master plan concepts for the Owner’s consideration. Once a final plan was selected, we guided the plan through the planned development process in Monroe. Benesch then developed construction drawings for phase one which included an early grading package to keep the project on schedule. Services provided were due diligence, planning, civil engineering, and landscape architecture.
