Benesch Scores 100 on Human Rights Campaign Foundation’s Corporate Equality Index

CHICAGO, IL – Benesch has received a score of 100 on the Human Rights Campaign (HRC) Foundation’s 2026 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), the nation’s foremost benchmarking survey and report measuring corporate policies and practices related to LGBTQ+ workplace inclusion. Benesch joins 534 U.S. businesses that will be honored with HRC’s Equality 100 Award as Leaders in LGBTQ+ Workplace Inclusion.

The CEI rates employers based on how well their policies align with protecting and promoting the well-being of LGBTQ+ employees, using the following central pillars: non-discrimination policies across business entities; equitable benefits for LGBTQ+ workers and their families; supporting an inclusive culture; and outreach and engagement.
