Financial Security

401(K) Plan

Our 401(k) plan allows employees to invest a percentage of their gross pay either pre-tax or post-tax using the Roth deferral option. Benesch provides a contribution that matches 80% of the employee contribution rate up to a maximum match of 4%.

Profit Sharing

We also make a profit-sharing contribution equal to 5% of gross pay to our employees’ 401(k) plan—adding up to a potential 9% total employer contribution to your retirement savings.

To assist families financially in the unfortunate event of employee death or injury, Benesch provides basic term life and AD&D insurance and short- and long-term disability insurance at no cost.
