Brad Waller leads Benesch’s Kansas-based Aviation group and manages the Manhattan, Kansas office. With decades of civil engineering experience, Brad specializes in aviation infrastructure projects for commercial and general aviation airports. His expertise includes airport land acquisition, master planning, hangar development, and the planning, design, bidding and construction administration of runways, taxiways, aprons and parking areas.
Brad served as Project Manager for the KDOT Statewide Aviation Pavement Management Program, coordinating the evaluation of nearly every square foot of aviation pavement throughout Kansas and compiling Pavement Condition Index data to assess infrastructure conditions statewide. He has extensive experience delivering FAA- and state-funded airport improvement projects, with a strong understanding of grant funding processes, environmental review and project development.
