Ricardo specializes in roadway and highway design, traffic control, illumination, hydrology and hydraulics, and construction phase services, with expertise spanning both rural and urban roadways, intersections and tollway facilities. Ricardo is a skilled civil engineer known for his key sense of constructability, cost savings and innovative design concepts.
