Andy Beil is Benesch’s Nebraska Aviation Group Manager and a highly experienced civil engineer specializing in airport infrastructure projects. His expertise spans the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, bidding, construction observation and construction administration. Andy is experienced in FAA project design criteria, cost estimating and capital improvement program development, helping airports plan and deliver infrastructure improvements that support current and future operational needs.
In addition to leading airport planning, design and construction services, Andy has extensive experience developing long-range airport planning documents that identify infrastructure needs and establish phased development strategies. He has managed projects for commercial service and general aviation airports across the country, providing planning, design and construction support for a wide range of airfield improvements.
