Elizabeth Duvall has extensive civil engineering experience specializing in aviation projects at general aviation, commercial service and military airports. Her expertise spans the full project lifecycle, including planning, design, construction management and contract administration. Elizabeth develops engineering plans, specifications and bid documents for a wide range of airfield improvements, including runways, taxiways, aprons, airfield lighting, navigational aids (NAVAIDs), fuel facilities, AWOS, hangars and terminal buildings.
Elizabeth works closely with airport owners, the FAA and state departments of transportation to support projects through design and construction while meeting regulatory and funding requirements. Her experience includes airport planning, runway and taxiway improvements, terminal and hangar development, airfield lighting upgrades and pavement maintenance projects for airports throughout the Midwest.
