Jim has more than three decades of environmental and civil engineering experience specializing in water and wastewater infrastructure. His expertise includes utility facility planning, master planning, capital improvement programming, process evaluation, design and construction management.
As a SAVE International-certified Value Methodology Associate (VMA), James helps clients evaluate alternatives, prioritize investments and develop practical infrastructure solutions that improve capacity, resiliency and operational performance. His experience also includes condition assessments, asset management integration and long-range planning for municipal water and wastewater systems.
