Sunny Mullen has over 14 years of experience serving more than 25 municipalities. She specializes in project management and engineering design for a wide range of projects, including roadway reconstruction, trail alignment, sewer and storm water improvements, site development, water distribution, and pump station and treatment plant upgrades. Certified as a municipal engineer, Sunny is recognized for her innovative solutions and leadership on both municipal and private projects. In 2022, she was appointed to the American Public Works Association Nebraska Chapter Executive Board and named ACEC Nebraska’s Young Professional of the Year.
