Benesch Welcomes Sandra Pond, SPHR as CHRO

CHICAGO, IL — Benesch is pleased to announce that Sandra Pond, SPHR has joined the firm as Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and Senior Vice President.

Sandra comes to Benesch with more than 25 years of experience and a wealth of expertise in the planning and implementation of quality-based, integrated human resources programs.

Sandra most recently served as CHRO for YMCA Metro Chicago, where she led all strategic initiatives related to human capital and organizational growth. Prior to that she was Vice President of Human Resources at Ipsos, the world’s third largest market research company.

As CHRO at Benesch, Sandra will be responsible for human resources functions across the company, including leadership and professional development, employee training, benefits and recruitment. As a key member of our Corporate Management Team and several other advisory committees, she will play an integral role in strengthening the company’s culture while fostering the continued growth of equity, diversity and inclusion; learning; and other engagement initiatives.
