Civil / Land Development Group Manager – North Carolina

Location
This full-time hybrid role is based in our Charlotte office, with in-office collaboration expected at least three days per week.
The Opportunity to Build and Lead
As Group Manager, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for our North Carolina Civil / Land Development practice while helping shape divisional and regional growth throughout the Carolinas and Southeast.

Required Qualifications
- Professional Engineer licensure in North Carolina (or ability to obtain via reciprocity within 3 months)
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
- 15+ years of progressive civil engineering experience
- Significant experience leading civil site and land development projects for public and/or private sector clients
- Demonstrated success developing client relationships and winning new work
- Strong understanding of North Carolina regulatory agencies and permitting processes
- Expertise in project financial management, budgeting, QA/QC, and resource planning
- Experience leading and mentoring multidisciplinary engineering teams
