David Watson, PE, serves as a Project Manager at Benesch with extensive experience in urban and rural roadway design. He specializes in geometric design, corridor modeling, drainage design for open and closed systems, traffic control planning and PS&E production for a broad range of municipal, county and TxDOT transportation projects across Texas.
David’s technical expertise spans storm water infrastructure, culvert and storm sewer design, hydrologic and hydraulic analysis, right-of-way determination and cost estimating. He supports projects from preliminary engineering through final design and construction, with a consistent focus on constructability, technical quality and efficient delivery.
