Prior to joining Benesch, Ed served as Engineering Data Manager at the Kansas Department of Transportation (KDOT), where he led a statewide team responsible for maintaining State and Local National Bridge Inspection (NBI) databases and overseeing annual submittals supporting the Federal Highway Administration’s National Bridge Inspection Program
