Jarrod is a Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP) and has over ten years of experience creating, implementing and adapting automated data collection tools for various operational applications. He has participated in asset data collection, storage and forecasting including experience as a team leader for numerous statewide QC/QA Asset Programs. He was the primary author for MoDOT’s Bridge Asset Management Manual and has developed asset tools for multiple categories, incorporating FHWA and APWA level of service methodologies.
