Joe has over 25 years of experience as a water resources, dam and levee engineer and has managed complex hydrologic and hydraulic engineering projects for a variety of clients. His expertise includes levee certification, urban stormwater management and master planning, dam and levee feasibility studies, CIP development and conceptual design.
