Julie came to Benesch as an intern and experienced the company’s organic culture of peer-to-peer learning and knowledge sharing firsthand. As Benesch grew, she continued supporting the human resource function with a focus on learning.
Now as Director of Learning & Development, she works to ensure that culture lives on and evolves to fit the changing needs of employees and clients. Julie is deeply dedicated to ensuring employees have the resources they need to improve their skills and grow their careers.
