Steve Roth, PE, CAMP, is a Water Group Manager with nearly three decades of experience leading water, wastewater, storm water and asset management projects for municipal and public clients. His expertise spans water distribution and storage, sanitary sewer rehabilitation, lift stations, pump stations, interceptor sewers, hydraulic modeling, master planning, permitting, construction-phase support and risk-based asset management.
Steve’s storm water background is particularly broad, encompassing storm water conveyance system design, detention and treatment facilities, green infrastructure, flood mitigation and comprehensive program management. He has worked with dozens of municipalities to resolve flooding issues as a hydrologic and hydraulic engineer and has prepared hydraulic analysis and streambank stabilization studies on numerous rivers in Kansas.
He also brings deep asset management expertise, having delivered programs that develop condition rating scales, deterioration and forecasting models, lifecycle analyses, risk management plans and GIS-integrated data platforms for infrastructure ranging from storm water pipes and inlets to flood pump stations and sanitary sewer treatment plants.
