Steve has 26 years of experience as a project manager and design engineer on a wide variety of infrastructure projects. As a Certified Asset Management Professional (CAMP), Steve has developed data collection, storage and access tools for clients from Massachusetts to Colorado. He has created and integrated asset maintenance and operation programs and developed asset-specific condition rating scales, deterioration/ forecasting models, lifecycle analyses and risk management plans.
