Greg Stewart Named North Carolina Division Manager

RALEIGH, NC – Benesch announces Greg Stewart, PE as the firm’s next North Carolina Division Manager. A highly skilled project leader, Greg has more than 23 years of experience working with clients across the U.S. on a wide range of highway, roadway, bridge and infrastructure projects.
In his previous role as the North Carolina Division’s Transportation Group Manager, Greg oversaw the work of more than 25 professionals serving the North Carolina DOT and several local agencies. The team most recently managed NCDOT’s first-ever Construction Manager/General Contractor (CMGC) project to replace five bridges on I-40 and is currently contributing to the high profile R2R project which will provide a critical 162-mile high-speed rail connection between Raleigh and Richmond.
Over the course of his career, Greg has built a reputation as a client-focused consultant with the ability to address complex issues which require multidisciplinary expertise. He is also active in several local and national industry organizations including ACEC/NC, ASHE Carolina Triangle Chapter and others.
As North Carolina Division Manager, Greg will guide the operations and business development efforts of our offices in Charlotte, Raleigh and Wilmington. In addition to its growing transportation practice, Benesch’s North Carolina Division is home to a robust team of landscape architects and civil/site experts who have been serving public and private clients in and around the state for decades.
