FORT WORTH, TX — Benesch’s Nicole Jackson, PE, PTOE has been recognized by Railway Track & Structures magazine (RT&S) as one of their 2022 Women in Railroad Engineering. The annual list honors the 10 female engineering professionals that represent the “best of the best” in the railroad engineering field.

“I am extremely humbled by this nomination and selection,” said Jackson. “To be held in such high regard within the rail industry which is overwhelmingly men is truly an honor. It really gives me a great sense of pride in the work that I’ve done and will continue to do.”

As a Senior Project Manager at Benesch, Jackson specializes in highway-rail grade crossing engineering and is a national expert in railroad preemption operation and design. She has more than 21 years of extensive experience in providing diagnostic services, traffic engineering analysis and unique solutions to some of the most challenging grade crossings in the country.
