Kenneth McClain Appointed to ACEC-PA Board of Directors and Named Eastern Region Vice Chair

ALLENTOWN, PA—Benesch’s Pennsylvania Division Manager, Kenneth McClain, has been appointed to the Board of Directors for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Pennsylvania (ACEC-PA). In addition to his board role, Kenneth will serve as Vice Chair of the organization’s Eastern Region.

As Vice Chair, Kenneth will support the Eastern Region Chair, serve as the Board’s liaison to the Membership Committee and assist in developing programs that connect member firms with key regional clients. He will also contribute to strategic initiatives and projects as assigned by ACEC-PA’s President and Executive Director.

Kenneth is an active member of ACEC-PA’s Pennsylvania Turnpike Committee, which focuses on strengthening the relationship between the consulting community and the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission through outreach and resource development. He also serves on the Multimodal Committee, which addresses topics related to transit, aviation and other transportation modes under the PennDOT Multimodal Deputy.

With more than 30 years of transportation engineering experience in both the public and private sectors, Kenneth brings a deep understanding of the industry to his new leadership roles. During his time on the Board, Kenneth looks forward to furthering ACEC-PA’s mission and helping shape policies and practices that impact the consulting engineering industry.

Kenneth recently joined Benesch as Pennsylvania Division Manager, where he oversees operations and business development across the firm’s five Pennsylvania offices.
