Rob Krewson Named President-Elect of ACEC – Kansas Board of Directors

KANSAS CITY, KANSAS – Benesch Kansas Division Manager Rob Krewson has been named the President-Elect for the American Council of Engineering Companies of Kansas (ACEC-) Board of Directors. This nomination comes after 14 years of active involvement with the organization.

“ACEC of Kansas does a fantastic job of representing private consulting engineering firms in the State, and I am honored to be selected as the President-Elect.” Rob will serve on the Board as President-Elect for 2025-2026 and assume the President’s duties in July 2026.

As part of this new leadership role, Rob will also serve as the Professional Engineers in Private Practice (PEPP) Practice Chair for the Kansas Society of Professional Engineers (KSPE). Rob will act as the liaison between KSPE and ACEC-KS for items of mutual interest and will report on items of note at each other’s board meetings to maintain the strong, longstanding relationship between the organizations.

Rob has been an active member of ACEC-Kansas since 2011 and graduated from the ACEC-Missouri Future Leaders Academy the same year. He has previously served as co-chair of the ACEC/KDOT Liaison Committee and most recently as ACEC-Kansas board vice-president (2022-2024) and treasurer (2024-2025).

Rob joined Benesch in 2018 and currently serves as our Kansas/Missouri Division Manager, where he oversees six offices. With nearly 30 years of experience, he is recognized for his broad expertise in transportation design and construction engineering. Rob holds an MBA from Baker University and a BS in Civil Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
