Molly Rea Elected as First Chairwoman for ACEC Georgia Junior Board

ATLANTA, GA – Benesch’s Molly Rea, PE was reelected to the ACEC Georgia Junior Board for the 2024-2025 term, this time as the board’s first-ever chairwoman. The ACEC Georgia Junior Board consists of young professionals in the engineering industry who are eager to broaden their exposure to the business aspects of engineering, engage with ACEC Georgia and expand their networks through educational, social and volunteer opportunities.

As Chairwoman, Molly will lead monthly meetings, plan and attend various events throughout the year, and liaise with the main board to provide her insight on various initiatives and programs.

“Serving on the ACEC Georgia Junior Board has helped me grow both as a professional and individual,” said Molly. “I’m excited to serve another term and look forward to collaborating with my peers to develop new initiatives that will benefit young professionals in the engineering industry.”

Molly has been an active member of the ACEC Georgia Junior Board since January 2023. In her previous term, she served as the chair of the Events Committee, where she planned social events designed to help young professionals get involved and engage with each other outside of formal ACEC Georgia events
