Carolina Commons at Sun City

Carolina Commons at Sun City is a mixed-use medical office, retail and restaurant development just outside the Sun City residential community in Lancaster County, South Carolina. Benesch provided preliminary planning, final design, regulatory permitting, and construction administrative services for the project. The development site encompasses 25 acres and includes approximately 178,469 square feet of building. Site improvements include access driveways, parking, sidewalks, landscaping, utility services, and stormwater management facilities. Offsite roadway and utility improvements were also included in the project.
